Job Description

Role Summary: As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Accounting team, handling a variety of procure-to-pay, travel and entertainment, and bookkeeping activities. You will process invoices, manage expense reports, and collaborate with team members to synthesize data and provide insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices for multiple international subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy in billing, coding, and calculation.
Prepare invoice billing runs for review and processing.
Review all invoices for appropriate PO documentation and approval before payment.
Process employee expense reports.
Monitor AP email alias(s) through Zendesk.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries.
Adhere to transactional processing policies and ensure compliance with financial regulations and VAT requirements.
Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing activities.
Maintain thorough and accurate files and documentation in line with company policies and accepted accounting practices.
Assist with other projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
