About the Role

The Data Analyst will analyze data flows and interactions, impacting our data consistency and applications. The role involves data validation, input into CRM systems, and driving solutions for data consistency and control. Working closely with Data Specialists and Master Data Leads, you will ensure end-to-end understanding and efficient working methods related to data.

Proactively drive standard processes and methodologies for data integrity while improving results.
Effectively coordinate data principles within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Analyze data attributes across multiple systems to ensure interaction and impact are understood.
Documentation: Drive documentation to build a data library that can feed into process improvement.
Strategic Analysis: Undertake strategic analysis to drive solutions and opportunities.
Data Migration: Analyze large volumes of data attributes pre and post-migration.
Task Delivery: Complete tasks related to business processes and reference data on time and to agreed quality.
Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve issues, driving short and long-term solutions.
Data Manipulation: Manipulate data attributes across systems to produce workable data reporting solutions.
Report Generation: Create comparison reports and generate management reports for target and progress reporting.
Liaison: Work with global business partners on data remediation activities.
Opportunity Identification: Find opportunities for reporting and processes for global partners.
Process Documentation: Document data processes and mappings to ensure good material storage.
Domain Expertise: Maintain expertise in data attributes and associated system and process flows.
Job Processes: Handle data job processes and liaise with appropriate teams.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Understanding of IT processes, data modeling principles, development, testing, and implementation needs.
Ability to develop joint solutions and handle difficult customer situations professionally.
Effective team collaboration and task communication.
Cultivate business relationships, partnerships, and alliances.
