Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Data & Business Analyst, your work will involve handling both qualitative (investment documents) and quantitative data related to the institutional investment industry. You will be responsible for:

Data Sourcing and Input: Assist with the sourcing and input of institutional investment data into various systems.
Data Analysis and Review: Conduct analysis, review, and summarize numerous investment documents.
Data Integration: Participate in data integration efforts to combine different data sources.
Data Auditing: Create and enhance data auditing processes and procedures, including data clean-up and reconciliation projects.
Research: Research institutional investors' investment disclosures in the United States and global markets.
Accuracy Checks: Review extracted data from tools for accuracy and make necessary updates or revisions.
Regulatory Review: Review regulatory filings and extract relevant information.

You will interact with investment data across all asset classes, including traditional assets like Equity and Fixed Income, as well as alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Assets. Collaboration with team members based globally, particularly in the United States, is a significant aspect of this role.

Shift Hours
