Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

3-D design modeling and detailed design of highways and transport alignments.
Junction design (at grade or grade separated).
Preparing reports, specifications, and other deliverables for highway schemes.
Quick learning and proactive task management.
Ensuring designs meet expected levels of technical excellence.
Assisting with feasibility, preliminary, and detailed design work for highway engineering projects.
Knowledgeable communication in all aspects of the project.
Maintaining brand reputation both internally and externally.
Building and maintaining key relationships within Mott MacDonald and with clients.

Candidate Specification:

Technical Requirements:

B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed university (M.Tech in transportation engineering preferred).
Knowledge of Highway Design software (Autodesk Civil 3D, Open Roads) preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Clear communication with colleagues and managers.
Proactive in seeking personal and professional development opportunities.
Willingness to learn and upskill in domain knowledge.
