Role: Management Trainee-BFS036150

In this role, you will be responsible for training new joiners on soft skills to improve and standardize their communications. You will also train and develop effective and efficient customer handling skills to ensure customer delight by meeting all quality metrics.

Responsibilities

· Train and mentor new hires in batches as per training plotter.

· Train and lead OJT (On-the-Job Training) agents on the floor, meeting NHT (New Hire Training) and OJT throughput.

· Conduct floor refreshers on time as per business and floor requirements.

· Perform all activities and show efficacy as per business expectations.

· Conduct internal and final assessments for all new hires and meet scores.

· Improve identified TNI (Training Needs Identification) or Bottom Quartile agents.

· Enhance the efficacy and performance of New Hire, OJT, and floor agents.

· Provide necessary support to Operations whenever required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Any Graduate

· Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

· Relevant experience in communications training

· Relevant experience in customer service training

· Availability for 6 days working from the client location
