The Role: Campus Recruitment Intern

As a Campus Recruitment Intern, your primary responsibility will be to find and recruit exceptional students who can drive revenue as Campus Managers. You’ll work directly with the Recruiting Team Manager and will be involved in sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for communication, a proactive attitude, and a passion for recruiting and sales.

Responsibilities

As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will:

Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
Screen potential Campus Manager candidates.
Schedule initial prospecting meetings with our in-house interviewing team.
Work with fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
Coordinate with our interview and training teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Great interpersonal and people skills.
LinkedIn sourcing experience (preferred).
Outbound sales and marketing experience (preferred).
Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic.
Self-motivation and excitement to work on different projects.
Availability from June 24th, 2024, for a period of 2 months.
