THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join our cross-product first response engineering team, known as the SWAT team, and work alongside talented individuals to tackle customer-facing challenges across the Xactly product suite. As a Trainee, you'll have the chance to debug, design, and build solutions while partnering with various engineering teams.

THE TEAM:

Xactly's Engineering team is rapidly expanding, with a focus on cutting-edge code and products. As part of our team, you'll have the autonomy to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across offices in San Jose, Denver, Bangalore, and Toronto.

THE SKILL SET:

Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0-1 year's experience in Enterprise applications.
Proficiency in J2EE and/or AWS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB.
Familiarity with debugging Java applications.
Experience with Spring-Boot Microservices Architecture.

WITHIN ONE, THREE, AND SIX MONTHS:

Within one month: Attend training, learn processes, and gain exposure to Xactly's products.
Within three months: Fix product issues, troubleshoot customer problems, and engage in code reviews.
Within six months: Ensure best practices, contribute to SDLC, and work independently on tasks.
