Responsibilities of the Candidate

As a Support Project Engineer at Siemens Energy, you'll play a crucial role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out documentation activities as directed by team members.

Performing basic checks on documents received from suppliers and conveying technical queries to the engineering team.
Interacting with action owners to identify roadblocks for late documents and reporting them to the Team Leader.
Expediting with suppliers to get dedication dates and logging communications for escalation with SCM.
Reviewing the interface tool daily and ensuring fields are well populated by discipline.
Keeping track of all documents counted daily.
Maintaining records of documents expedited for service and new projects.
Formalizing a weekly document status report on each job.
Providing the framework for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery (OTD) and number of documents expedited/received.
Following the timeline for the project to ensure 100% on-time delivery (OTD).
