Efficiently manage incoming requests from the APAC Field Marketing Team, ensuring all project details are included to meet SLAs.
Collaborate closely with the APAC Field Marketing Team and the Field Programs Team to allocate resources effectively and meet project demands.
Ensure timely completion of allocated requests within agreed deadlines.

Onsite Registration Support:

Facilitate seamless registration processes for onsite events, prioritizing a positive attendee experience.
Optimize audience engagement during onsite registration procedures.

Management of Event Technology Platform:

Coordinate requirements for the event technology platform to ensure smooth integration and functionality, enhancing the customer experience.
Manage pre-event and post-event data requirements, including personalized surveys and technical support during events.

Data and Email Operations Management:

Coordinate data operations related to event registration and attendance tracking.
Drive email demand generation for small events to increase registrations.
Oversee post-event communication channels, ensuring timely and targeted follow-up with attendees.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL, specifically T-SQL or SQL Server 2008.
Experience in strategic event support.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event management, preferably in a corporate environment.
