Your Job

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Molex, you will be part of the Datacom & Specialty Solutions team. Your role will involve supporting the design, development, and modification of electromechanical connectors and related products. You will be engaged in designing and developing tooling and fixture solutions that support component manufacturing, assembly, and quality functions. What You Will Do

Support design, development, and modification of electromechanical connectors and related products in the Datacom and Specialty Solutions division.
Design and develop tooling and fixture solutions supporting component manufacturing, assembly, and quality functions.
Provide CAD and technical support to design engineers, product marketing, and other stakeholders.
Work globally with diverse cross-functional teams to bring products to production and sustain them.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Proficient in solid modeling experience to generate 3D models and 2D draftings.
