About the Function:

MyBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip, provides a customizable, real-time self-booking system that seamlessly integrates into a company’s structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings, and the power of choice. Over the last 5 years, we have onboarded 50,000+ prominent corporates like Vedanta, P&G, Zomato, Bajaj Finance, Escorts, Netflix, Byju’s, and Blackberry, among others, who are availing the benefits of our seamless platform along with significant savings.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring product teams communicate and share resources and data across departments. The role involves working with external stakeholders to assess problems and advise organizations on how to solve them. It is crucial to support cross-functional product teams to work efficiently. The candidate will join myBiz GTM and will lead the organization onboarding and activation process for clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

Work with the key accounts team to understand organizations' onboarding needs
Propose solutions for organizations' need for automating their travel flows
Investigate and address issues related to organization workflows/automation
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes, ensuring their functionality and usability
Identify and report production issues to the technical team using Jira and collaborate with the tech or product manager to facilitate issue resolution
Maintain an organized system for tracking and documenting issues, utilizing a dashboard to identify recurring or ongoing problems for timely resolution

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or a related discipline is preferred
Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting is valuable
A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation, requirements gathering, development processes, release management, and end-of-life considerations is important
