System-Generated Reports

Generate reports with consistent, concise, and accurate information for Project Management, Disciplines, and Clients as required.

Document Control Activities

Execute Document Control activities in alignment with current policies and procedures.

Document Management

Receive, check, accurately record, and distribute all project technical drawings and documentation efficiently as requested by engineers.

Record Maintenance

Ensure hard copy and electronic record files are maintained in good order to comply with Quality Assurance requirements.

Project Dossiers

Contribute to compiling final project dossiers, as-built portfolios, and archiving.

Filing System

Establish a systematic and comprehensive Project Filing System.
