Supporting procurement operations processes: This includes sourcing, requisitioning, contracting, ordering, category supplier management, and reporting.
Maintaining the procurement contract repository: Operate processes that maintain the repository, including contract signature and archiving.
Collaborating with sourcing specialists: Ensure deal knowledge history is maintained.
Updating and validating contract data: Review and validate entries in the software asset management system.
Responding to purchase transaction requests: Address business requests for PO changes and supplier maintenance.
Performing supplier onboarding: Validate supplier risk and assist with supplier business reviews.
Maintaining data quality: Improve data quality and currency in the contract repository and software asset management systems.
Supporting business stakeholder requests: Ensure timely response and resolution.
