Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Develop the team for the delivery of services as per the agreed SLA/WLA with the customer.
Ensure RCA for any Critical event.
Ensure vital support is provided to Network Rollout, D&P, and FM including.
Prioritize tasks as per business needs.
Ensure all activities conducted are driven as per MSTOP guidelines.
Ensure all the MIRs are released as per MSTOP guidelines.
Monitor and review of TT, CR, and AT on a daily basis.
Ensure that User Access Control is implemented as an MSTOP process and regular review is in place.
Provide the BO CA Manager with reports of team performance in the allocated area on a scheduled basis.
Participate in internal technical discussions to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
Assist in the creation and improvements of procedures and routines within the department/group.
Initiate, support, and implement uniform organizational processes.
Authorized to report security breach incidents.
Authorized to raise CSR.
Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit.

Requirements:

Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or 2 years experience in Operations, Customer handling, and technical support.
Experience in Ericsson Charging System will be preferred.
ITIL, Oracle, CCNA, and Red Hat Certified professionals will be given more preference.
