Key Responsibilities

As an Associate – Customs (CDZ), you will be a part of the high-performing Global Shared Services Team (GSC). Your role will involve:

Understanding the documentation requirements of various stations/countries and executing jobs as per standard operating procedures.
Ensuring that departmental SLAs and Key Performance Indicators are met.
Delivering high-quality service through timely and accurate completion of services.
Collaborating with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve service delivery.
Reporting any operational challenges to supervisors and business partners promptly.
Coordinating with stakeholders for regular communication and information flow.

Required Skills and Abilities

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or management is an advantage.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in BPO or logistics domain (preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish and Mandarin skills are a plus for roles in BOG & CTU.
Other Skills: Detail-oriented, good logical reasoning skills, and high customer centricity.
