Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

An undergraduate degree in business analytics, statistics or geo-statistics, economics, operations research, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in Geo Analytics, with an advanced degree preferred.
Relevant degree in geospatial-related fields such as Geography, Remote Sensing, Urban Planning, Statistics/Geo Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
Previous experience working in a global organization or professional services firm is preferred.
Data management skills (e.g., data modeling, data integrity QA/QC, database administration).
Experience with GIS software such as ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, CARTO.
Proficiency in data science programming/coding in Python and/or R.
Knowledge of descriptive statistics and statistical methods (e.g., correlation, regression, clustering) with applications in machine learning.
Experience with BI/Data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI.
Experience handling, processing, and deriving insights from remotely sensed data preferred.
