Role Summary

As an Associate in our Operations & Tech Services Group, you will play a crucial role in handling back-office and customer care activities for employees. Your responsibilities will include data reconciliations, invoice calculations, payroll input preparations, coordinating with vendors, claim processing, and more. You will also assist employees and vendors through Assist tickets and input data into SHARP and Benify systems.

Main Responsibilities

Attend client knowledge transfer sessions and use admin guides to equip yourself with benefits knowledge.
Prepare SOPs for training and reference materials for future joiners.
Create activity calendars and checklists.
Execute administrative activities without missing SLAs.
Coordinate with team members and act as a backup for each other.

Key Experience

Preferred: 1 year of experience.
PC literacy in Word and Excel (basic level).
Experience with SAP, WD, and GreyTip is advantageous.
