  • Maintaining Customer Aircraft Configuration Data: You'll define and maintain data in ERP/MIS systems.
  • Supporting ARC and CMR-Related Documents Preparation: Assist in preparing and standardizing documents related to Aircraft Review Certificate (ARC) and Continued Maintenance Review (CMR).
  • Updating Structural Damage/Repair Data: Keep structural damage and repair data up-to-date in the necessary reporting templates.
  • Managing Engineering Statistical Reports (ESR): Create and manage statistical reports crucial for engineering functions.
  • Creating and Managing RCP Reports: Handle RCP reports for all FTM contracts.
  • Reviewing and Preparing AMP/OMP: Involve yourself in the review and preparation of Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) and Operator Maintenance Program (OMP).
  • Supporting Day-to-Day Engineering Functions: Provide technical support for aircraft induction, leasing, re-delivery, and airworthiness review.
  • Compilation and Amendment of Aircraft Configuration Control Documents: This includes:
    • AD/SB/EO Compliance file
    • Back to birth file for Engine, APU, Propeller, Landing Gear LLP’s
    • Aircraft Inspection Report components file, HTC file, Structure file
    • Original documents folder (delivery docs). Maintenance summary status reports, Last done next due (LDND) tasks as per approved AMP
  • Contributing to Kardex Configuration Update Activity: Update and maintain Kardex configurations.
  • Addressing Quality Findings: Address quality findings on technical records and initiate necessary actions with various stakeholders (MRO, MOC-MCC, Technical Services).
  • Reporting Safety-Related Issues: Report any safety-related issues and participate in the resolution process to prevent future occurrences.
  • Providing Excellent Service: Ensure high service levels with local teams interfacing with customers.
