Job Title: Engineer - Electrical & Electronics

Location: Chennai, Chennai-MRV, IN

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

Gain comprehensive knowledge of the powertrain system, including electric vehicles and associated systems like DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, batteries, and E motors.
Review powertrain ECU circuits and possess a basic understanding of the CAN matrix and diagnostic system management.
Initiate and lead design engineers for system integration, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Release technical specifications to suppliers for EV systems components.
Validate components through comprehensive testing to ensure a flawless product for customers.
Meet cost targets while maintaining product quality through IMCR/VAVE activities.
Utilize problem-solving skills and quality tools for effective project management.
Interface with interdisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure first-time-right outcomes.
Stay updated on development agencies and testing procedures like ARAI, VRDe, and ICAT.
Demonstrate expertise in vehicle electrical systems, associated parts, manufacturing, and calibration software from tier 1 ECU suppliers.
Possess good knowledge of vehicle electronics, in-vehicle networking systems, and communication protocols like CAN and LIN.
