Job Description:

As an Automation and Data Curation Intern, you will collaborate with our Support Engineering team to identify opportunities for automation in support workflows. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing tools/scripts to automate repetitive tasks, curating content in support tickets for Large Language Models, and assisting in knowledge base article creation and maintenance. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improving support processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (graduated in 2023 or after)
Strong programming skills, especially in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is a plus
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is desirable
