Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Designs and improves standard Document Control processes in Capital Projects.
Defines or contributes to the development of functional requirements for document standard control applications.
Defines or contributes to the development of standard Performance Metrics to track and manage information maturity, and document control team performance.
Develops and implements Project-specific Document control procedures.
Coordinates the development of the Master Deliverable Register & Document Distribution Matrix, working together with the engineering disciplines.

Requirements:

Timely, accurate, and efficient transmittal of project documents to and from the Company and Supplier via the Assai.
Quality checks each submittal according to Project specifications.
Together with the IT Business Analyst in the early phase facilitate development of a Solution Architecture for the Capital Project.
Facilitate and manage the RFI Processes, Technical Queries, Letters, Spec Deviations, and Change Order.
Project to Asset information handover.
Understand the DCAF & PCAP control assurance requirements.
Manage stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding different risks, formats, controls, and process management of physical and electronic records will be an added advantage.
Assai Tool Experience is preferable.
