Generating and distributing management reports accurately and timely.
Developing MIS documentation for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Collaborating with the reporting manager and business units to correct any issues with customer service delivery.
Following up and closing pending queries, providing recommendations to update current MIS to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following:

Excellent collaboration and communication, analytical skills (recommended).
Bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 60%.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
Basic knowledge of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to work the night shift or early morning shift.
