Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, Asta.
Knowledge of cost estimating, tracking, and control.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide cost accounting systems, preferably SAP.
Strong communication skills and subject matter expertise in professional scheduling/planning tools.
Understanding of MEP practice in the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction and/or engineering.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Certification from PMI or equivalent.
Proficient in NEC3, FIDIC, JCT contracts, and processes regarding planning and reporting.
