Early Career Trainee – 2024 Opportunities

Our Early Career Traineeship is designed to groom recent graduates, offering a 6-month program focused on technical knowledge and soft skills development. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, guided by the industry's best technical minds.

Partner with the Best

During your traineeship, you'll engage in focused training sessions, team meetings, and project work, where you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and ideas. You'll be supported by a mentor and manager, ensuring a valuable learning journey throughout your traineeship.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Your Responsibilities:

Develop high performing, scaling, and innovative end-to-end applications.
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the selected technology for the project.
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using the language of choice.
Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
Learn internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
Receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

Your Profile:

Recently graduated in a business-related Bachelor's or Master's level Engineering Degree.
Maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country.
Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
Have the legal right to work without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied.
Able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary).
