Job Description:

Job Title: FSD/Tech Management Trainee

Grade: M5
Function: Field Service Delivery (FSD)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: MMR/Pune
Weekly Hours: 6 days per week
Reports to: CSM/Operations Head

Position Details:

As an FSD/Tech Management Trainee, your primary responsibility is to learn about our company's processes and operations in the sub-departments of FSD and the technology department. This role plays a crucial part in developing and implementing growth strategies, ensuring high-quality customer service across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation & Fault Repair:

1. Understand and analyze installation and fault repair processes & KPIs.

2. Plan, design, and create quality Home Pass for Tata Play Fiber within defined TAT and SLA.

3. Ensure First Time Right deployment and acceptance test.

4. Attend and clear fault repair or service requests within defined SLA and KPI.

5. Analyze daily dashboards and MIS for activations and fault attended.

Operation & Maintenance:

1. Understand and analyze operations and maintenance processes.

2. Manage POP, infra, and OSP network through partner teams.

3. Assist in the upkeep of In-Building (IBD) network through partner teams.

4. Adhere strictly to safety measures.

Technology:

1. Understand KPIs for technology and Network Operations Centre (NOC).

2. Grasp the architecture of the TPF network.

3. Understand IP Addressing and Routing Basics for project management.

Project:

1. Deep dive into project data, conduct competitor benchmarking.

2. Prepare the project plan under the guidance of a coach or mentor.

3. Recommend changes/improvements and implement them.

4. Interact with cross-functional colleagues, customers, vendors, partners, and call center agents.

Policy and Process Compliance:

1. Safeguard the organization's processes and policies.

2. Strict adherence to SOP and defined processes.

3. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

4. Confirm actions comply with Information Security Policy.
