In this role, you'll manage factors of production like manpower, production tools, and inventory efficiently. Reporting to the Section Head - AL. Phase, you'll follow SOPs and coordinate work to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Focal point of Engine Assembly operations

2. Coordination with workmen, contractors, support departments, and management

3. Reading blueprints and technical drawings

4. TPM, process improvements, and production planning

5. Shift Operations - A & B Shift

A Day in the Life: Managing factors of production optimally and adhering to laid-down SOPs in Engine Assembly operations.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical)

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

1. Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation

2. TPM Experience

3. Safety & HIRA Experience

4. Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints

Behavioral Skills:

1. Gujarati Language skills

2. Attention to detail

3. Comfortable with A + B Shifts

4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
