Role Summary

Job Summary:

Support Avaya CM, Session Manager, Media Gateways, Session Boarder Controllers
Knowledge of Voice protocols: SIP and VOIP
Operational support for IT Infrastructure, including network, security, messaging, storage, and voice
Analyze and resolve problems to maintain operational IT Infrastructure levels
Project tasks for on-time, within-budget IT Infrastructure project delivery
Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes
Additional duties as assigned

Experience Required:

Physical delivery and ongoing support for products/services, applications, and network systems
Systems software upgrades, workstation setups, and server configurations
Maintenance of software and hardware inventories
Operational support and analysis for information systems and peripheral equipment
