Purpose of the Position (Job Summary):

The ideal candidate should possess a flair and interest in working with a core manufacturing company. They should be well-versed in production planning theory with the ability to handle manpower and possess influencing capabilities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Inventory Control:

Maintain minimum inventory levels of WIP.

Customer-Oriented Documentation & Reporting:

Submit all required production reports to Factory Managers and HO on Monthly/Weekly/Daily basis.

People-Oriented Manpower Handling:

Manage diverse workforce and extract work from contractual workforce.

Internal Business Process Production Planning:

Undertake changes in Production Planning as required.
Plan Compounds, sheet, and Strap as per Production plan on a Monthly/Weekly/Daily basis.
Ensure effective implementation of Production plan at the Shop Floor.

Maintenance & Upkeep:

Look after housekeeping & hygiene in and around the production area.
Coordinate with Maintenance offices on a Daily/Weekly basis to upkeep all the machines of the Plant.

% Increase in Company Roll workers as per AOP definition.
% Achievement of Target 5S / VM state as defined in Roadmap.
