The Health & Welfare Implementation team, comprising associates in the Software Engineering job family at FMR, plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of a system built over Oracle Apps HRMS and Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB). The team collaborates with stakeholders to uphold Fidelity standards and create an efficient, scalable, and robust design for client administration.

The Value You Deliver:

Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant, providing design solutions.
Implement and configure Oracle Apps HRMS as per client directions.
Devise rule logic (algorithms) for custom client requirements.
Manage complex deliveries independently.
Engage in the complete implementation cycle, ensuring compliance with US Federal directives.
Monitor requirement changes, report slippages, and contribute to improved processes and methodologies.

Technical/Behavioral:

Knowledge of basic Algorithms.
