Indiahikes offers a spectrum of roles
across various domains including trek leading, mountain roles, coordination,
administration, content creation, videography, business development, learning
and development, technology, internships, and legal consultancy.
Trek Leading:
Trek Leader: A
role focused on leading trekking teams, ensuring transformative experiences for
trekkers through the Indiahikes experience. The role emphasizes the
transformation of mind, body, and spirit, sustainability, and imparting DIY
trekking skills.
Qualifications and Criteria:
Aspiring Trek Leaders must fulfill specific criteria, including age,
mountaineering certification, trekking experience, communication skills,
fitness, and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Compensation:
The role offers a starting salary of Rs 5.0 lakh per annum, increasing to Rs
6.0 lakh in the second year and further increment based on responsibilities and
seniority.
