Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Research, develop, and resolve issues, collaborating with developer and test teams across the organization.
Engage in all stages of cellular integration, impacting the experience of millions of customers directly.
Exhibit a genuine passion for Performance, automation, and Software, backed by hands-on automation experience.

Requirements:

Experience in leading small engineering teams as a tech lead or manager.
Strong domain expertise in cellular baseband development and testing.
Proficiency in setting up and managing test systems for end-to-end cellular functionality (2G/3G/4G/5G).
Debugging experience in 4G/5G live networks and Simulator failures.
Drive defect analysis and root cause with project teams.
In-depth knowledge of how cellular networks function and their interaction with networks, including Phy, protocol network layers, bands, etc.
Strong scripting skills (preferably Python, Perl) and debugging expertise.
Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins job configurations, and understanding of continuous integration flow in software development.
Proficiency in setting up Mac-based hosts and installing automation tools for test setup.
Expertise in cellular system test automation execution and isolating issues, software/hardware alike.
Familiarity with operating test equipment like CMW500, Anritsu, Keysight.
Strong teamwork, diligence, and excellent communication skills.
