Position Overview:

Role: Graduate Trainee-Mechanical, R&D, ATDE
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN
Department: R&D

Responsibilities:

Support new product development and technology initiatives in the Advanced Technology and Design Global Engineering Team.
Offer Mechanical Engineering support to a multidisciplinary team for product modeling, designing, and integration of components into system-level designs.
Generate 3D CAD models and 2D drawings of product concepts.
Prepare technical presentations, reports, and design documentation.
Contribute to intellectual property generation through mechanical design.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
0-3 years of experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Mechanical Engineering & Design Skills
Proficiency in SolidWorks, FEA Software, Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Six Sigma DFSS Techniques, DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, Statistical Analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively across functional groups.
Highly organized, technically sound, with a commitment to quality.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 10% travel.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Medium physical exertion occasionally, with heavy mental tasks involving quick decision-making and communication.
