Harman International is hiring for the role of Lead Data Migration Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead all data migration activities, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain data migration plans and timelines.
• Design and write ETL mappings.
• Generate sample data.
• Validate, execute, and handle errors during ICI Legacy load.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools.
• Expert knowledge of the Congo database and Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
• Experience with error handling, validation, flow streamlining, and batch processing for ICI data migration.
• Proficiency in SQL and Congo data mapping design and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
