Role: Management Trainee, HRO
(Reporting)
Responsibilities
As a
Management Trainee at Genpact, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the subject matter expert for
Workday Reporting programs, policies, and processes.
- Defining, building, and testing new
report requests in Workday or its replacement.
- Providing internal customers with
requested reports in accordance with quality and compliance,
recommendations from the report catalogue, and coaching them on the proper
process to request and self-serve.
- Supporting internal teams with reports.
- Leading or participating in continuous
improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered.
- Using online case management tools to
manage incoming requests and providing timely closure of cases, ensuring
quality customer service.
- Providing on-the-job training to members
of other teams.
- Providing input into appropriate metrics
and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics.
- Providing data for internal and external
audits.
- Additional responsibilities from the
quality area, leading improvements, providing training.
Preferred Qualifications
To be
eligible for this role, candidates should have:
- Any graduate/postgraduate qualification.
- Relevant HRSS (Human Resource Shared
Services) experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation,
and interpersonal skills in English.
