Designation- Validation Analyst:

Total Experience: 0-2 years
Location: Chandigarh (IT Park)
Educational Criteria: Graduation or Three-year Diploma with 10+2 (Commerce background preferred)
Technical Skills: International Business Support, Back-end non-voice process, Validation/Indexing of data.
Good to Have: Basic knowledge of Excel & MS Word, Excellent Communication Skills.
Work Mode: WFO (5 days)
Working Shift: Evening shift (Starting from 6 pm)
Interview Criteria: 2 Rounds (Both Face to Face) + Aptitude Test + Typing Speed Test
Note: Required to work on public holidays.

Job Role: Validation of Digital Invoices

Purpose of Role: Data Validation is crucial in the Scan & Capture cycle, ensuring accuracy in customer-delivered invoices. The Data Validator plays a pivotal role in raising alarms for abnormalities and constantly seeks opportunities for process improvements.

Scope of Role: The Data Validation role ensures accurate capture of information from customer-provided documents. It demands high standards of service and data accuracy, contributing significantly to continuous improvement in the Scan & Capture process.

Job Requirement:

Back-end non-voice process (non-technical)
Comfortable working on a target-based profile
Basic computer knowledge, including Excel
Good communication skills, logical thinker, and a team player
Flexibility to work on weekends/public holidays and for 24*5 as per business requirements
Flexible to work in shifts rotation as per business requirement
