The LEAD Program is designed for young professionals who are passionate about technology, excellence, and share Wabtec's core values. Responsibilities:

The LEAD Program covers essential supply chain and allied functions, including:

1. Production/Manufacturing of Locomotives

2. Production/Manufacturing of components for Metros or locomotives

3. Quality Management Systems

4. Materials & Sourcing/Services

During the two-year program, participants will undergo four rotations in these cross-functional departments, each lasting six months. These rotations provide exposure to the complete locomotive product and transportation ecosystem. LEAD engineers have a history of contributing significantly to Wabtec's growth.

The LEAD program is experiential, involving on-the-job rotations to resolve real-life projects and advanced product/process study learning through classroom sessions with technical experts. Continuous learning is essential through advanced studies and in-house courses and workshops, fostering cross-disciplinary skills.

Qualifications/Characteristics:

Candidates for the LEAD Program should have:

A master's degree with a proven academic track record.
