About the Role: Management Trainee, Order to Cash

As a Management Trainee, you'll dive deep into the entire order-to-cash process, handling various invoice types. Your role involves working under tight deadlines in a high-pressure business environment. SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP are advantageous. Be prepared to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests
Interact with clients for feedback and support
Manage order-to-cash activities, collections, and dispute resolution
Communicate with end customers via calls and emails for overdue amounts
Meet collections targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Foster customer and regional relationship management
Lead conference calls with financial managers
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities (Lean and Six Sigma projects)

Qualifications:
Minimum:

B.Com Graduation (MBA in Finance preferred)
Meaningful experience in Order to Cash

Preferred:

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
