Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Job Location: Kharadi, Pune
Eligible Degrees: BTech
Specialization: Preferably Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Electrical Instrumentation, or related stream

Job Description & Skill Required

Basic knowledge of the specific industry: Oil & Gas equipment.
Familiarity with Data Loading, enrichment, and validation of master data.
Ability to analyze raw data/input images (2D drawings), drawing conclusions, and developing edit recommendations.
Any prior knowledge of AutoCAD.
Identify and contribute to the improvement of defective trends or areas of process performance weakness in the end-to-end process.
Mindset to prepare performance reports for the key quality measures of completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy.
Ability to solve problems in a creative manner with an analytical and logical bent of mind to support the businesses you work with, underpinned with a passion to enable operations.
Experience in SAP, JDE, Sales Force, Fiori, Maximo, Spares Finder, SNOW, Informatica, Siebel, or any other ERP would be an advantage.
Basic MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
Keen to learn and grow.

Eligibility Criterion

Minimum 60% throughout in Class X, XII, Graduation
NO Backlog(s) are allowed on the time of joining
Should have basic technical and stream knowledge
Should have good communication skills (both verbal & written).
Good aptitude and reasoning skills are required.

CTC (Cost to Company)

INR 4.50 to 5.0 LPA (As per the technical interview performance)
