Are you ready to join a dynamic team at Amazon? We are looking for Subject Matter Experts to work with us in Chennai. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify training needs and simplify work instructions to reduce ambiguity.
Continuously adapt and learn new features of various tools and systems to identify and report errors.
Provide support to Data Associates (DA) by clarifying their queries during execution.
Be aware of operational metrics such as productivity, quality, and delivery/latency SLA. Your compliance with these metrics, SLA requirements, and QA guidelines will be measured.
Drive process improvements and ideation for closure.
Pay close attention to detail, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all duplicate and invalid clarifications, reducing ambiguity in work instructions through identifying training needs.

Basic Qualifications:

Graduates in any field of study, including BE, BSC, B.Tech, MCA, MSc, IT, ECE, Electrical Electronic Engineering.
Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in using Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
Flexibility and a willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
High energy level, proactive nature, sense of ownership, and the ability to meet daily deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience.
Graduates in any field of study, including BE, BSC, B.Tech, MCA, MSc, IT, ECE, Electrical Electronic Engineering.
Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in using Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
Flexibility and a willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
