Eligibility Criteria for Tech Mahindra
Aspirants
should hold a BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
IT/E&C, E&TC/Telecom, Communication, Electronics, or an MCA/M.Sc in
Computer Science. The qualifying course should have been completed in 2022 or
2023 without any backlogs, accompanied by a consolidated mark sheet or
Provisional Degree Certificate. A minimum score of 60% (without rounding-up) in
SSC/10th, HSC/12th/Diploma, and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc.(Computer Science) is
requisite. Furthermore, there should be no hiatus of one or more academic years
post joining a course after completing SSC. It's crucial to note that rounding up
of marks to 60% for registration eligibility is categorically invalid.

Bond and Compensation
Upon
selection, candidates will undergo a 3-month probation period with a CTC of INR
3.25 L/annum. Additionally, candidates are required to sign an indemnity bond
for INR 1L, binding them to a mandatory service period of 2 years from the date
of joining the company. It's noteworthy that during the probation period,
candidates will undergo unit-specific classroom training/on-the-job
training/shadowing, tailored to meet business requirements.
