Your Responsibilities

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will play a crucial role in our organization. Your key responsibilities include:

Customer Interaction: Regularly engage with customers to understand their support needs and escalate any issues to the Area Business Manager or Zonal Service Manager for resolution.
Log Book Collection: Collect log books from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (MTBL) and competitor vehicles. This data will help create a comprehensive database and aid in identifying areas for improvement.
Product Performance: Assess the overall performance of our products, including fuel efficiency, maintenance, tyre life, and uptime. Gather testimonials from customers to validate product performance.
Fuel Efficiency Trials: After successful completion of fuel efficiency trials, gather testimonials from customers regarding their experiences.
Customer Sign-offs: Keep track of the number of pre and post-trial customer sign-off copies each month.
Competition Analysis: Collect data on competitor performance, vehicle specifications, and new engineering introductions based on field feedback.
Uptime Monitoring: Ensure the continuous monitoring of vehicle uptime and share this data with the Area Business Manager or Zonal Service Manager for improvement planning.
Vehicle Trials: Travel with the vehicle for specific trials and provide support to the dealer before commencing the trial for vehicle check-up and upkeep.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering (Auto/Mech) or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.

General Requirements

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Industry Preference: Automotive industry enthusiasts are preferred.
