Primary Responsibilities

Conduct risk-based checks on consumer durable loan applications.
Check for anomalies such as third-party sourcing at dealer outlets.
Investigate suspected risk cases and fraud post disbursement.
Conduct Seeding and Mystery Shopping activities on Relationship Officers (RO) and Dealerships.
Regularly visit dealerships to identify and report suspicious activities.
Conduct a minimum of 60 visits per month, including surprise visits and RO profile checks.

Additional Responsibilities

Engage with Business and Credit units to resolve specific cases.
Provide MIS reporting to Location managers and Regional teams.
