Your Journey at Shell

In this 18-month programme, you'll journey through three transformative phases, each lasting six months:

Phase 1: Explore the Hotel Universe

Immerse yourself in all hotel departments, both front-line operations and behind-the-scenes management.

Phase 2: Specialized Training

Progress to specialized operational departments such as 'Front Office,' 'Housekeeping,' and 'Food and Beverage' for focused training.

Phase 3: Nurturing Leadership

Focus on Supervisory Functional Duties and Responsibilities, Leadership, and People Management. Gain cross-exposure by working in a different hotel for the last six months.

Qualifications for Success

Must be regionally mobile
Graduates in any discipline or holders of a 3-year diploma in hospitality and tourism (or equivalent)
Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one local language
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Embraces excellent grooming standards
Adaptable to diverse work situations
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team

Your Path to Success

Be in the final year of post-graduation or hold an advanced degree (Masters or PhD) with less than 3 years' work experience.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be an Indian citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work permit for India.
Have graduated before your first day at Shell.
