Embark on a transformative journey with Hilton as a Management Trainee. This 18-month program offers you an immersive experience in various aspects of hotel operations from a management perspective. Throughout the program, you'll rotate across different hotel departments, honing your skills and preparing you for a rewarding management position.

Program Phases

Phase 1: Exploring the Hotel Universe

During the first phase, you'll delve into all hotel departments, from front-line operations to behind-the-scenes management. This holistic exploration sets the foundation for your journey.

Phase 2: Specialized Training

In the second phase, you'll focus on specialized operational departments, namely 'Front Office,' 'Housekeeping,' and 'Food and Beverage.' This focused training refines your expertise in key areas.

Qualifications for Success

Regionally mobile
Graduates in any discipline or holders of a 3-year diploma in hospitality and tourism (or equivalent)
English fluency with proficiency in at least one local language
