What we're looking for:

Someone with a lot of curiosity and willingness to learn and contribute

Someone who is aiming to grow into a Senior Product Analyst Role in the next 3 years

Must haves:

• Entry-level experience as a product analyst preferably in a consumer product company ( B2C )
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with writing SQL queries
• Good understanding of defining metrics and creating dashboards on Tableau

• Understanding and exposure to AB Testing

• Experience in user analytics and Growth Analytics (Funnels, User Behavior, Acquisition, Retention, Cohort Analysis etc.).

• Good problem-solving, knowledge of funnel analysis, heatmaps and entry-level understanding of measuring UI/UX changes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to have:

• Good to have understanding and hands-on experience of data modeling in Python and building ETL pipelines
• Understanding and exposure to events design & optimal instrumentation process
• Be customer obsessed, you should constantly be on the lookout to find pain points and solve them ground up
• Proven track record of working closely with multiple stakeholders from technology, business and SMEs to drive a data driven culture
