Introduction

Randstad Off Campus Placement Drive 2023 is hiring entry-level freshers for the position of Associate Content Technical Specialist. This role involves acting as a technical information resource for the creation, maintenance, and delivery of content on the company's products. The responsibilities include managing and leading cross-functional project teams, participating in process improvement initiatives, and providing expertise and summary reporting. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, deep understanding of processes, proficiency in MS Office suite tools, adaptability, and timely issue escalation. Job Title: Associate Content Technical Specialist

Summary:
· Acts as a technical information resource during the creation, maintenance, and delivery of the
content on all company's products.
Description:
· Manages, leads, or participates in departmental or cross functional project teams for the
purpose of effective product life cycle management including but not limited to new product
development, current product enhancements and product retirement.
· Manages, leads, or participates in ongoing as well as ad hoc process improvement and
optimization initiatives.
· Acts as an informational resource internally as well as externally for the purpose of providing
expertise as well as summary reporting.

Knowledge & Skill:
· Entry level for professional roles not requiring a specific degree.
· Required attention to detail to deliver 100% quality independently or with minimal support.
· Required deep understanding of the process and its nuances to spot the issues and resolve it
quickly.
· Should have sound technical knowledge on MS Office suite tools and options.

· Need to be adaptable, flexible, and supportive to team during resource crunch.
· Need to be vocal and timely escalating the issues to counterparts for quick fix.
· Demonstrates commitment to outcomes, following through on delivery.
· Demonstrates broad knowledge of theories and principles in area of expertise.
· Specialist knowledge of technical support or administrative policies and procedures.
· Identifies gaps or corrects issues in existing processes; implements moderately complex
procedures requiring extended skill.
· Progressively takes on more responsibilities and increasingly complex activities.

Education:
· Any bachelor’s or master’s degree (but no BE/B. Tech/MCA graduates)
Certifications:
· Any certification in MS office Suite is preferred but not mandatory.
