Job Description
An HR Trainee will be provided
exposure in methods and practices to develop & execute organization-level
HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals.
The current workscope for the
individual will be around supporting the strategy execution of HR client
support Priorities for GE Digital India by working closely with the HR Client
Support Org. The scope may cover the full spectrum of HR Clit Support lifecycle

The work done by this position
will be deployed across the India organization and in certain cases globally as
well.
We expect the trainee to
Execute task related to HR prioritize, Strategize Projects Signals flaws in
approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and
analysis. This person will contribute to project as a team member.
