ABOUT THE ROLE

What you’ll do

Demonstrated ability handling large number of incidents via. Any ITSM tool
Flexibility to work in shifts on rotational basis covering Americas, EMEA and ASIAPAC regions 24*7
An ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential
A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence

Essential for the role

Troubleshooting Active directory, DNS,DHCP
Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems
Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations
Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues
Configure and support DNS for new domain
Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents
Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture
Good understanding of SOX controls , GXP process, Periodic access reviewsKnowledge in Automation/Scripting.
Experience with using Knowledge articles and documented SOPs to resolve tickets.
Experience working in ITIL model.
Experience working with Lean/Agile systems.
Experience with Powershell, VBscript or BASH shell scripting, Python, Linux script preferred

Good Communication skills to work with the Vendors, Application Users & Third party service providers. Strong communication skills to represent IAM Architecture to key program stakeholders and present IAM Architecture goals and deliverables. This role will work directly with application owners and business users providing guidance for established IAM standards

Engineering level of experience in Active Directory,
DNS,DHCP
Windows 2016
