ROLE
SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing analytical support
to InterCompany Operations Logistic Platform Services. The role is for 6 months
as Intern to cater to the needs to Logistics Budget for InterCompany
Operations.
The role is also responsible to ensure the cost is
correctly calculated with the projected volume by Pfizer and CM Plants. The
scope of the role is complete intercompany operations budgeting.
The role will require effective communication to
independently drive and coordinate with colleagues in regional, site and global
functional teams.
ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible
for identifying the gaps in volume and value and performing gap analysis
with previous year budget
- Uncover
issues and determine root cause of the data related to volume and value
budget
- Provide
descriptive analysis by leveraging reporting tools such as Tableau and
Excel to produce result of the analysis
- Coordinate
with different teams with Inter-Company Operations to communicate the
finding and explain the reason of Gap
BASIC
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’
University degree (B.Com or B.Tech) with Min of 1 years in finance,
variance, Budget (Or) Ongoing Master’s in Business Administration with
related experience in analytic field, ideally with Logistics
Operations/Supply Chain/Materials Management.
- Hands
on experience in Excel, Power Point, Tableau
- Demonstrate
analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure
to Budget, Variance analysis
- Prior
exposure to Multi Domain Industry an added advantage
- Work
effectively in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent
MS Office skills including database/MS Access
- Excellent
written and verbal/spoken English communication skills
