Mandatory Documents

·         For Experienced Candidates (Non-Airline Experience):

·         Customer Service: 1+ years of Experience, Graduation

·         Security: 1+ years of Experience, Graduation

·         Ramp: 12th pass or Diploma

·         For Experienced Candidates (Airline Experience):

·         Customer Service: 12th pass or Diploma

·         Security: 12th pass or Diploma

·         Ramp: 12th pass or Diploma

2.      Candidates must have completed their educational qualifications from a recognized board or university as determined by IndiGo. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the withdrawal or termination of the employment offer.

3.     Desired Skills:

·         Good Communication Skills

·         Customer Service Aptitude

·         Willingness to work in rotational shifts

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Airport Operations Experience Preferred

·         No visible tattoo marks or body art

Job Description - Customer Service

As an Officer/Executive in Customer Service, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with arrivals and departures procedures.
  • Handling reservations, ticketing, and cash remittance.
  • Answering customer queries over the telephone.
  • Setting up check-in counters and screening checked-in baggage.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and assisting customers with special requests.
  • Handling mishandled or damaged baggage and coordinating with the baggage vendor.
  • Filing necessary flight papers and other assigned responsibilities.

Job Description - Ramp

As an Officer/Executive in Ramp, your responsibilities will include:

  • Confirming the ETA of flights and communicating it to all stations.
  • Ensuring proper alignment of the ramp and coordinating with other departments.
  • Managing deplaning and baggage handling.
  • Checking cleaning procedures and obtaining boarding clearance from the cabin crew.
  • Ensuring loading is done according to the instructions provided.
  • Maintaining safety, efficiency, and on-time performance.

Please note that safety responsibilities and compliance with safety policies, as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, are paramount for both positions.
