Job Description - Customer Service
As an Officer/Executive in
Customer Service, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with arrivals and
departures procedures.
- Handling reservations, ticketing, and cash
remittance.
- Answering customer queries over the telephone.
- Setting up check-in counters and screening
checked-in baggage.
- Providing high-quality customer service and
assisting customers with special requests.
- Handling mishandled or damaged baggage and
coordinating with the baggage vendor.
- Filing necessary flight papers and other
assigned responsibilities.
Job Description - Ramp
As an Officer/Executive in
Ramp, your responsibilities will include:
- Confirming the ETA of flights and communicating
it to all stations.
- Ensuring proper alignment of the ramp and
coordinating with other departments.
- Managing deplaning and baggage handling.
- Checking cleaning procedures and obtaining
boarding clearance from the cabin crew.
- Ensuring loading is done according to the
instructions provided.
- Maintaining safety, efficiency, and on-time
performance.
